Should voting records be public? By this what is meant not, what is voted for, but who voted - and who did not?

Make voting records public 36.76 (60.20%)
Do not make voting records public 22.94 (37.56%)
    I abstain 1.36 (2.23%)

    decisiveness (13.82%)
    unvoted equity (38.93%)
    voted equity (61.07%)

    Apathy is a Virian sin.

Voting, even if for abstention, is thus virtuous.

In order to enable the Congregation to evaluate their fellow members more accurately, in terms of one another's voting records, based on the above permission, the voting system is being altered to reflect voting history which will be displayed on the reputation page.
