By taking the oath of Presidency, I think it's safe to say Bush wants us to think that he has taken responsibility for this country and its actions.

It would be interesting to ask him if he's willing to be held accountable for the war and for the actions of the U.S. worldwide. My guess is that the answer is no. Any representative unwilling to be held accountable for thew actions of the government over which he presides should be removed from office.
