And so can presidential candidates and Michael Moore and Joe Wilson.   It turns out that the famous sixteen words in Bush's State of the Union address were true, after all, and it was Joe Wilson who was lying.  Iraq WAS trying to buy yellowcake in Africa, and Wilson, presently an adviser to the Kerry campaign, knew about it and lied about it, while calling Bush the liar.  So much for the 'Bush lied and people died' slogan...
