That is a very good idea, and one that could work. I think it would be
some sort of system for adding a disruption point for every unwarrented
insult you throw at another member of the list. If a person does manage
to accumulate the maximum number of disruption points then the rest of the
list should be made to vote on if we should boot him (with 2/3 majority
needed) What do others think of that?
