Subject: virus: Laissez Faire for the mind?

Can I get some comment on the idea that the mind's lack of a central
authority supports the argument that society too would be more harmonious if

allowed to self organize without authority/coercion based intervention?

Does it make sense that society has always gravitated around a central
authority because our *sense of self* has always been perceived as a central

authority within the individual?
