truth is that Hermit was created in a laboratory using genetically altered
orangatan DNA, some dolphin semen, a one-eyed hamster named 'sourdough
jack', a coat hanger, some strawberry jell-o(tm) and a donkey. the details
are quite fuzzy, but what IS known is that he emerged from the smoking ruins
of the building a couple days later - goatee already there.
