    Agreed. Here in SA there was a meme abroad that AIDS was a, largely, 'black'
    disease but the actual percentages are not very dissimilar.

    Interesting is the fact that whilst 'white' education levels are somewhat
    higher than those of 'blacks', this does not seem to have made a difference
    to the infection rates.
